This space was created for one reason: to help real people rebuild their lives, redefine leadership, and transform organizations through truth, accountability, and compassion.
Our Story Begins with Real Life
The Farley Firm was born from my own journey — a survivor of a toxic relationship, a former healthcare executive, an ordained minister, and a lifelong truth-teller who’s spent over 20 years leading global teams across telecom, finance, energy, and healthcare. I’ve seen what works, and I’ve seen what breaks people. This company is built to fix what’s broken — not just in corporate America, but in real life.
Our First Release: Be Nice to the Other Parents
Our debut book, Be Nice to the Other Parents: They Can’t Help It If Their Kid Is Straight, is now available on Apple Books, Amazon, Kindle, Barnes & Noble, and more. This book is part parenting guide, part survival kit, and part call-to-action. It’s for every parent trying to raise confident, kind LGBTQ+ children in a world that isn’t always kind back. It’s raw, funny, and rooted in truth — just like us.

Coming Soon: The 100% Rule
In May, we’ll be launching our second book, The 100% Rule — a no-excuses guide to owning your life, showing up fully, and holding yourself (and others) accountable. It’s already being turned into a training series for corporate teams, employees, and individuals who are ready to stop settling and start rebuilding.
Because showing up at 80% — in your relationships, your work, or your health — is no longer an option.
How We Approach DEI (Hint: It’s Not Performative)
At The Farley Firm, diversity isn’t a checkbox — it’s a requirement for good leadership. Our DEI strategy doesn’t coddle or cancel; it challenges. We believe everyone deserves to be treated the same — not different. That means building real inclusion by setting standards, expecting growth, and leading from truth, not fear. Justice Reform Starts Between Arrest and Trial
We’re also passionate about fixing the gap between arrest and trial. So many people — especially first-time, nonviolent offenders struggling with mental health or addiction — are being punished instead of helped. The Farley Firm is actively building partnerships to change that. It’s personal for us, and it’s part of our mission.
